Michelle is unprofessional, rude and is bad at venepuncture. Had 2 attempts and blamed it on lack of water. I suggest ringing up and not going in on any day she works.

Me and my wife went for blood test, the lady was extremely unprofessional and made my arm go blue with bruising. Same with my wife she had done blood tests so many times this is first time she is in same even after 4 days and pain is so severe she cant move right arm.nExtremely disappointed
