I lodged a claim on 18/06/2020 after initial contact they appointed someone who never bother to call me, so I called him a few days later to discuss my options. a repairer appointed and excess paid. By the time of writing this review I've never received any call or follow up by these people or the builder nothing has been done. I'm part of 5 properties insured with these people and intending to stop it once the renewal is due. it's just bad service and poor quality customer response.

Insurance premium cost is higher in comparison to other providers. It increases every year, no exception even for long time customer. Not recommended.

Would like to say a special thanks to Leon and the team at CHU, who provide a friendly, efficient and prompt service. I am a Strata Manager and dealing with CHU is always a pleasure! You have a great team who are able to assist with all strata insurance claims.

I find it ridiculous that an insurance provider cannot give me a price for changing an excess over the phone, and insist that I send an email request for what is incredibly basic information. The person who took my call was uncooperative and did not seem to want to give me any information about what I could change on my policy. I will definitely be looking for an alternate provider.
