i.fresh strata

Impressive team. I was in their office (which is very nice by the way) yesterday and I witnessed i.fresh strata deal with a very aggressive person, in their reception area, abuse 3 of their employees. I also witnessed how these employees handled this gentleman. With pose, professionalism, empathy and tolerance, they very impressively informed him that what he was wanting to do was against legislation but they would work with him so he could still achieve his goal. I suspect you all get thrown a lot of aggression and frustration when you guys are simply trying to do your job. I suspect owners think you are solely here to provide them with a service and don’t quite understand your role of ensuring owners comply with the laws, for their own sake. I couldn’t deal with what seems to be thrown your way daily and I suspect you don’t hear from the reasonable people often. So here I am. ud83dude0a Keep up the good work guys. I am certainly happy (and respectful) with what you do.

my experience with i.fresh strata is excellent. Darren Leslie and Sandy are responding issues in a very fast manner and always provide big support to customers. I really appreciate their professional work ethic and sincere care of their customers!!!

**I TRIED POSTING A REVIEW BEFORE BUT WAS THREATENED**nnTHESE GUYS ARE DODGY! be extremely careful please. They send you emails and threaten you with all sorts of stuff should you post a bad review. 4 months of issues and I am finally free to post this review with my lawyer due to the slackness and lack of care provided by this team.nnThey ignore emails, make jokes about the owners and just want your money.nnPlease be careful guys! They aren't that fresh after all.

Great team, prompt service and value for money. i.fresh have been helping our COO work through a very stressful issue and I have personally found them to be supportive and empathetic. They have gone above and beyond, all at no extra cost to owners.

This strata company charges a high price premium and offers very poor communication in return. We have been living at 82 king street for some time and have only experienced poor service and high fees. Would not recommend this strata agency.
