Prosser Scott looked after my grandfather and were absolutely wonderful, from allowing us time with him through to the funeral itself, they went above and beyond to make it as pleasant of an experience as possible.

The service provided by this organisation in relation to administration (registering a death and obtaining a death certificate etc) was absolutely terrible. When unreasonable delays were questioned, some of the staff were dishonest and rude....It has been a very unpleasant experience and we would never ever recommend this company.

Having been to a number of funerals conducted by Prosser Scott and having worked with them for family members I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the easy process during such a difficult time but also the professionalism throughout the arranging and the funerals themselves.
