Do not go here. Young girl by herself had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I spent about 30 mins in the pathology room whilst she looked up every single test, then she couldn’t get bloods, then she couldn’t find a new form for me. No one there to help her or me. I would give it 0 if I could.

Such a lovely moment, I had the most caring, compassionate and careful lady named Carol take my blood test today. I don't normally leave reviews but she was such a kind professional and sometimes that friendly person can make all the difference.

Wonderful service, such nice people. Almost no waiting, efficient in and out. I thought my clinician was bragging about her blood collecting skills but it turned out it was just accurate - almost painless. Great they way they are set up and providing a service.

Had blood taken 2weeks ago..immediate bad reaction site swelled up!!! Applied icepaks etc...Badly bruised arm for 10 days..disappointing thing. Is I responded to the clinic feedback SMS..asking to be phoned back..plus phone call and personal visit back..till today...no supervisor or anyone associated has got back to me!! Very unprofessional business!! That's my last visit to that clinic

Waited there since 12:30pm thinking they close at 1:00pm to reopen later .but no one showed up past 1:00pm ,just keep waiting no buzzer no bell or anything .no close sign or anything .disgraceful
