GP After Hours Mount Lawley

Accompanied my sister Renata Perino to her appointment at 8.15pm on Sunday 6 June 2021. Reception staff were efficient, friendly and polite. The attending Doctor however was rude, dismissive and abrupt from the moment she began to take a history. She went as far as scoffing, rolling her eyes and talking down to my sister when she explained she was concerned about the possibility of a blood clot causing pain in her hand and arm. This was not unsubstantiated as she is on HRT and her own GP has warned her of possible clotting and given her low dose aspirin as precaution. We almost left the consult half way through due to her behavior. We gave feedback to the receptionist on our way out, she was lovely and apologetic. As two mature, educated and professional women we would never behave in this manner in our own jobs, we hope the Doctor and practice can learn from this feedback.

Wish I had found this clinic a long time ago!nI visited the after hours just yesteday. I waited a bit long as I came early, otherwise I would only had to wait for 15mins.nI was seen by Dr. Bao. She was lovely. She was patient and professional. She was kind enough to let me discuss with my spouse before getting a jab as I could not make a decision at that minute.nThe receptionist over the phone and at the counter was also friendly and professional.nMy family and I would definitely recommend this clinic.nThank you.

Incredibly inhumane treatment to patients. I went there expecting to be treated as I urgently needed a doctor. They said payment has to be paid upfront. I told them that because you say that Medicare would give me 50$ and I only had $50 I said please bulk bill me that 50$ from Medicare and I give you the remaining $50nThey refused.nI said give a bill then, I will leave my car here and bring your 97$ tomorrow when the banks opens, they refused.nIncredibly heartless and careless people that I saw there

My family and I have needed urgent medical care outside of my regular GP’s hours 3 times in the last 2 years. Each time we have been impressed and grateful for this service. A different Dr each time and the level of care has been excellent. Each time we felt that a trip to hospital emergency was excessive but still needed care that could wait. Definitely use this service if you need medical help. Very grateful

Staff and doctor was nice to me. I came in to get my finger checked, which I accidentally cut. The doctor made sure there was no tendon/nerve damaged. Cleaned the wound and dressed it. I will highly recommend them for urgent care.
