Had to have my blood taken for the first time today and I have a huge phobia was a really big deal for me, couldn’t have done it without the English lady that works in there I’m sorry I forgot her name she is absolutely brilliant can’t thank her enough

Open promptly at 8am and really friendly service. Staff member was a great communicator and considerate of my comfort. 5/5 would come here to get stabbed again.

Clinic was meant to open at 8:30. No staff showed up. By 9.00 I had enough of waiting on the street and went to find a competitor lab that was open.nMy previous visits to this lab collection centre is that they are very slow and have no interest in what they are doing or you as a patient.

Takes too long to wait. At 10am there were 7 people & 15 mins later there were still 7 people ..
