Scripts were double the price of what I paid in Mount Isa. Exactly the same brands.

Our experience was initially excellent, with a lovely lady (short black hair) providing us with details of what moisturiser to buy. Then, I went to the lip balms and saw a special promotion for the Chapsticks which said they were 2 for 3.99. Excited by this excellent deal, I chose 2 lip balms and brought them to the counter. But apparently at the Broome Pharmacy, 2 for $3.99 really means 2 at $3.99. This was very disappointing and unusual. I decided to buy just one lip balm, and then went to the sign and saw that yes it did say 2 for $3.99. I brought the assistant to the sign and she said that it was incorrect, and proceeded to show me you could buy one for $3.99. I stated that this was clearly wrong, and in a moody, desperate huff the lady ripped of the sign with the promotion and stormed off. I wish I never went to the pharmacy. NEVER AGAIN!

The actual pharmacist should be concentrating getting scripts ready not serving on the counter. I handed my script in then had to wait for other customers to be served. There were 2 assistants to deal with customers. Then make sure you get peoples names correctly on the boxes had to wait again to have this amended.

I have used this chemist now on and off for over 3 years and find the staff to be very helpful. The staff really know their products and are happy to go the extra mile to assist. As we live in a remote location, we often have to get scripts filled in a short time frame and these guys go out of their way for us. Thanks to you guys - 5 stars for your friendly customer service.
