Made an order of items that were abundantly in stock to the same suburb due to lock down.nChecked the track my order feature 10 days later on the website and it's still sitting in the store.nRang 3 times and the calls rang out for 5 minutes with no answer.nHopeless.

Actually the worst.nOrdered something that was supposed to come next day didn’t arrived(Wednesday) Checked the tracking the next day saying it’s gonna come(Thursday). Checked again now it’s saying it’s gonna come Friday.nI purposely wanted it delivered cause it said it was gonna be faster than click and collect.nTried to call, no answer and just hangs up after 5 minutes.nSo inconvenient seeing as I need my item by the weekend. So bad, don’t order from this officeworks!!!

I want to make a bad review because of the lady named Irene. Got to know that her full name is Irene Rentifis ! Coz I saw there are many bad comments about her attitude. Yes, those are 100% correct. She has a very disrespectful attitude and very poor customer care service. She talk with very rude manner and seems very arrogant. I don't know why do they hire disrespectful people like her? Very unhappy with the service!

Today I couldn't make up my mind not to put this review after seen very sad incident happened just minutes ago. A girl came to office works and requested to have just two paper print outs by saying she is a student and just came after her part time. She entered the place at 9.00 pm and all the doors were opened at that time. I saw the incident because I was at the printing place with one of the staff members. The printers were all on work and the shop was opened atm. But the female manager treated her so badly and asked her to leave. She begged to get only two papers by showing her student ID. I felt so sad about the poor girl. The manager had very cold heart and asked the staff girl not to serve her even the staff could easily do her work. Why people are this much rude and have no empathy or sympathy .
