Walked past the salon 2 weeks ago with my mom, salon looked very busy for a Thursday night so decided to try our luck with no appointment. One of the girls told my mum there was at least an hour wait, we told the girl we will take a card and book an appointment next time, then the guy that works there came over from the back of the salon and made a few adjustments on the computer and got us in within 15mins. Both mom and I were very grateful. Overall colour and haircut were great, Staff seem very friendly and will definitely be going backnThanks Nada

So happy with my new hair colour today. Sophia would have to be the best hairdresser I have ever had. The staff are always friendly. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend this salon.

The BEST customer service, I absolutely love coming here I always walk away super happy and satisfied... These guys are amazing... I had colour and blow dry and I'm 100% happy with the outcome. I'll be back.

Being a small business owner/manager i have to say this place was amazing and very professional. I called to make a last minute booking for both me and my friend and Nick/Mick (hope I got the name right) went over and beyond to accommodate our request. Upon arrival we were greeted by the young boy on the desk in a professional and friendly manner which later I found out was the manager, he went over and beyond to make sure we were looked after and was very friendly and professional. The girls that did our hair did a fantastic job and nailed the colour/style.Overall great experience this place is managed and run by professionals that care for their customers and their staff members. Customer service is a must for any business wanting to survive out there and this place has exceeded this by far.nThankyou so much for an incredible experience. Highly recommend x

I made a booking for my toddler for an easy and quick trim (she is almost 2 years old). I recently gave birth twins (4 months now) and my mum and I went with 3 kids to the salon. We were 15 min late due to the traffic time and the hairdresser informed us we had to wait 10 min or so until she could cut my daughter's hair. My mum and I waited for 45 -50 min for a quick toddler's haircut/trim. I was feeding the babies while waiting as they were getting nervous. I asked the man/boss how long as we were waiting a while. He responded abruptly stating you were late and the hair dresser will not see your daughter but someone else. My daughter has seen that hairdresser previously and only her and she knew that. Last time i took her to another hair dresser and i was not pleased as her hair wasn't cut straight and was all over the place. My daughter was comfortable with the same hairdresser. Since we waited that long and the hairdresser said she would see her in the beginning - we wanted the same hairdresser. The boss asked the hairdresser can you do a 5 min job and she coldly said NO. So unprofessional and rude. My mum, my daughter and I have all been there previously and had our hair cut or styled. And to not value repeat customers, treat us like our time is nothing with a toddler and twins that are not even 4 months old was discusting. We will never step a foot in there. I was even a close friend of a sister of the other owner and am appaled at how rude, not understanding and no fexibility they were with a woman that has 3 kids under 2. If you are a mum or dad then you know the effort it takes to get ready and get all your kids out, especially when you got little guys at home like me. The salon wasn't packed with people either and that they couldn't spare 5 min to do a toddler's hair cut! Ridiculous!nAfter that we went downstairs to ask at another hair salon if the lady could trim my daughters hair (she was with a customer at the time) and she happily said yes of course. She saw my daughter in 5 minutes.
