Absolutely Amazing Service. They go above and beyond to spend the time one on one, which is hard to find now days. They also have a Nurse on premises you can see for many issues. Thank you so much for all the advice, you guys are Awesome!!!

Absolutely poor customer service from the pharmacist. After querying the cost of a medication as to why it was so expensive (9 dollars more than any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to) she then decided to yell at me across the pharmacy that it was her professional fee. Never heard that one at a pharmacy before. Then she proceeded to demean me by also stating well, when you study pharmacy for 5 years, you’re entitled to charge a professional fee. I too studied in order to work in my position at my workplace. Maybe I’ll start charging a professional fee for my work. Here I thought that’s what your wages were for, but gee whiz, I can’t wait for that promotion. Anyway, when I spoke to my husband, he also said his medications were 9 dollars more expensive. So maybe I’ll start charging 9 dollars for each time I do my job. Thanks for the idea Georgina. I’ll make sure I remember you so I can charge you my special new rate for my service. Very disappointed in the wizard pharmacy brand, and I won’t be returning. As a company that states on it’s website, We strive to deliver service excellence through patient centric care, and We are dedicated to the highest clinical and customer service standards and believe the key to achieving this is by becoming an employer of choice, and Our employees are inspired to offer excellent customer service and are consistently caring, you really missed the mark there. But hey, maybe my definition of customer service was wrong. Also, I don’t want your generic sorry to hear about your experience response. I don’t care about a response. And I’ve already emailed your customer care email that you always encourage the negative feedback posters to email. I just wish I’d seen the reviews on Google sooner

Super expensive for prescriptions, and when you (politely) query the price, you're made to feel like a filthy peasant by the pharmacist who's not even part of the discussion and who also just so happens to be the franchise owner... A private complaint would be entirely worthless here... So here we are naming and shaming online. I sincerely hope your business continues to experience terrible reviews online and your business suffers because of it. And don't bother with one of your automated copy and paste fake replies either, it would be a further waste of everyone's time.

Terrible customer service!!! Had to wait so long to be served despite there being so many staff. They were too busy chatting to one another about non-pharmacy related matters. Customers do not come first to them. Never coming here again. Ended up going to Market City Pharmacy, which I highly recommend. They have fantastic customer service and will make you feel very cared for, unlike at Wizard Pharmacy Livingston.

Good selection of products but the customer service is seriously lacking. The older female employees really need to be sent on a customer service course.
