This particular branch has very rude staff & not even normal customer service standards.
Very rude manager & chemist. Too much attitude.
Store's eftpos system was playing up, deducted money from my bank account but he denied to even print me receipt/refund receipt or any purchase proof. Printer was working fine for other customers purchase.
Manager was too lazy to print receipt & just outright denied for purchase proof print.
Never going back to this branch.
I always choose this store over the other one down the road for my Click and Collect (the other one is too crowded for me). Store looks tidy and organised. The staff I come across are super helpful, friendly and professional. Parking is much easier to get aswell!
Good chemist with various types of medicines and perfumes which are sold at good prices not expensive
