The staff at Apsley Rd 777 Pharmacy are incredible. Product knowledge is second to none . Pricing is fair but it’s the service that blows me away. David and his team are very knowledgeable about everything to do with a customers pharmaceutical needs and more. Have to say thank you for always making it a pleasurable experience and helping this old lady out every time I come in. It’s the personal hands on non judgemental approach that keeps me coming back . Do not appreciate being ignored when there are no other customers to be served. Eventually left without medication.

Their products are very expensive and 777 pharmacy lacks of empathy with their customers. I was shocked they keep all the hand sanitisers in the back store room away from anyone's sight (not even keeping them at their shelves behind the counter), so they can keep raising up the price anytime when a customer asks for it (and perhaps even their judging how desperate the customer is will determine how much they will quote the price to each customer) , there is not even a price sticky on the bottle meaning so that they can sell it like in the black market dictating to each buyer a high price when one asks for it from the staff, over different periods. Over $50 for a hand sanitiser is seriously cheating and ripping off the public, unethical and an unfair trading practise !! Unfortunately we have no choice to select NO star but forced to select 1 star due to google's system - cheating definitely does not deserve even a quarter of a star !
