This is our preferred pharmacy. Pharmacist Elle is particularly excellent and remembers us! However, all staff are helpful, friendly, polite, efficient. They've almost always had what we need, but they also have a solution to resolve the two occasions when they haven't. Thanks guys for great service.

Absolutely useless. We visited Sunday 3rd Nov as my fiance needed to purchase some prescription medicine. We were told it would take 10 mins to get the medicine. 10 minutes to pick some medication off the shelf? Fair enough. We can back in 5 mins and the pharmacist said "Hi, how may I help you." We had just been in the shop. Surely people don't forget faces that quickly? I was also advised by my other half that the prescription medicine was double compared to where she would pay elsewhere. In addition, I asked the pharmacist for some advice. This pharmacist who appears to have been born yesterday was completely unwavering in the provision of the poor advice he provided to me. He wasn't listening at all to my request. While the front desk staff appeared professional and friendly, I honestly don't believe your pharmacist who was working on the afternoon of the 3rd November has any of the requisite skills to be standing behind the counter, be it personal skills, technical skills or otherwise. He needs some more training or alternatively, let him go. NSB

Much better at this pharmacy then The discount drugstore near Coles. Found Priceline cheaper and all staff very friendly and helpful. A lot more of a range and there over the counter medicine very reasonably price.
