Was in there recently, had no one welcome me into the shop, and no one asking if I need assistance. After trying to find someone who was not busy gossiping near the counter for 10 minutes, I just left. Employees need better training at customer service.
Great selection, great prices, love the loyalty program, they also have awesome Christmas time gifts and specials.
Had a fabulous experience with Toni a few days ago with a restyle cut. I loved the result, and I really appreciate that she took the time to ask for my opinion and clarify what I wanted. She asked for my opinion throughout the haircut, not just at the start, and when I wasn't sure Toni went and got photos of example cuts to show me what my options were. She was also careful to ask if I understood the costs of my cut, and double checked the length before cutting in. Would recommend.
