Great service and always friendly, always made to feel welcome from all the staff. Mitchell always makes it fast and easy dispensing scripts like Superman, swiftly and without any hassle. Respect to all the staff who put in the hard yards to help the people in need. Keep up the good work guys.

The staff here are so helpful & so nice. The pharmacists are always super quick and the young people working there are always so helpful & kind. The reason for my 2 stars is for the Naturopath. She is so rude, dismissive and I would go so far to say she is mean. I did nothing to her to receive the attitude I got. I was told to go to her by a pharmacist and she treated me like I was wasting her time. I bought the product that she recommended even though she didn't even give me the correct size, when I had explicitly asked for a specific size). She left the bottle on her side of the counter and walked off. She didn't even acknowledge my purchase, I wasn't even sure if I was allowed to take it. I stood at her counter for a further 2 min waiting to make sure I was allowed to buy it, but she never returned and went and served someone else. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I purchased a Bondi sands self tanning product from this pharmacy and it left absolutely no colour on my skin at all. I called the pharmacy the next day and was asked a series of questions regarding how I used it ect. I have followed all the instructions and I have used Bondi sands before so I knew it was not my usage but rather the product. The pharmacy assistant basically said get in touch with the company. Well that’s a lot of hassle for me. Thanks 777

Came here tonight for a product (ventolin) I needed only because they were the only pharmacy open anywhere nearby. I went over to the pharmacy desk where I was ignored by the 2 pharmacy staff for over 5 minutes, and there was only 1 other customer in the store. When a pharmacy assistant finally asked what I wanted, she rudely told me I can’t get that item without a prescription and didn’t explain why (I now know it’s due to COVID hoarding). I’ve never needed a script for this item so of course there was no record of me having asthma in their system. She didn’t make any effort to work with me to see if I really needed it or not, and I only wanted 1 as it was urgent and needed one then
