My son and I have been having guitar lessons with David for over a year now and I love it! David is an amazing teacher with alot of experience and is able to teach both my son and I, who are at different levels and learn differently in a style that plays to our individual strengths. He always keeps it fun and we always feel that we are making progress. He is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn to play or to improve their skills/techniques.

Gets the student interested with a song they like then build up technics and theory that works with songs they're learning.

To have someone of this guys music calibre make Australia his home is a great addition to music down under. His dedication to teaching, engagement of students, his patience and deep knowledge and passion of music makes this teacher and international examiner stand out from the rest. I for one am lucky to we found this teacher. While a sad loss for Meath Music Academy in Dublin Ireland this is a wonderful gain for the Australian music world.

Having had David as a teacher for several years, I can safely say he is the most knowledgeable and thorough teacher I've come across. He is extremely patient and will always find a way to get you past something you're struggling with when playing. His teaching method is both insightful and fun.nnI've had many great laughs with David as he's as quick with his jokes as he is on the guitar. I can say without any doubt whatsoever that I wouldn't possess the knowledge nor skill base I have today were it not for him. Whether you're a casual learner or you're looking for in-depth theory and technique-based learning, I cannot recommend David enough.
