Very helpful staff and great service. Staying open just that half an hour later each day makes my life as a small business owner so much easier. Really appreciate it.
Extremely rude and lazy staff. Went there to take Passport photos... after spending about 15 mins, was informed the system is down and can’t even download the photos. Also the staff are highly demotivated and does not want to serve customers They seem to be on something. Also charges more than what Australia Post have stated on their website. Sorry, does not deserve even a single star, as this piece of sh%& is a disgrace to Australia Post!

I have never experienced any problems at this post office. I have always had nice service and a hello. I have been going here for years. Just thought I'd post this as there seems to be a lot of negative reviews.
I went to post a small parcel to another state. I was so surprised to see them doing a handover of cash register during peak hours at lunchtime. Notwithstanding seeing customers queuing up, the two female staff carried on with their snail-pace handover like seeing no one was waiting.
Then I was UN-welcomed by a vicious looking female staff that could devour any human being. She responded rudely to me. Then she questioned why I had used my own stamps for postage. She went on her own interrogation like a KGB. When she could not wrong me for anything, she started to preach me like she was the head of ACCC.
I will never go back again. I just missed the friendly staff at the Thornlie Shopping Centre.
