Terrible service, was given attitude by one of the staff for asking the prices of tracked vs untracked postage.
Amazing post office! Compared to the difficulties I have dealt with at other places they were so helpful when I was putting in my passport application for name change, I had spent all morning dealing with it as the other post office I went to were useless, the lady took my photo three times to make sure they were nice and they all seemed happy and like the genuinely wanted to help. Thank you Willetton for making my day a bit easier I really appreciate it x
Are you guys instructing drivers to leave the parcel in the van and leave a note in the mailbox. Driver did not attempt to knock the door. Poor effort and work ethics. #badpost
