Bentley LPO

Had a parcel for collection at this post office. Delivery card indicated Saturday hours between 9 - 1230 so went to pick up my niece's Christmas present on the way to our celebration. Arrive to find it is closed on Saturdays. Extremely misleading and inconvenient. Have also often found when I am a customer in the shop, I appear to be an inconvenience to the staff and am always grateful when my parcels are taken elsewhere.

The service was "above and beyond " . I would like to thank whole team for helping us to apply Passport for our newborn 🙏🙏

Really happy with my decision to use the service at Bentley Australian Post. Most professional courtesy with politeness. The beautiful older lady and her son were both pleasant and helpful with overseas documents. I will use this outlet in the future even i need to drive there from my domain. Totally recommend

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was served by Resh today and was met with sheer and utter rudeness. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Very very helpful staff is there.The best customer service ever.Went to Cannington post office this morning to lodge my Australian pass port application and the lady who was serving at appointment desk was very rude.She said that my additional documents were not clear enough and bring more documents to proof my name.Though I was well prepared with all the required documents She pointed out that my full name wasn’t clear in the documents and can’t lodge my application.So I was really frustrated and went to Bentley post office because that post office is not required an appointment.There were two staff members in Bentley post office at that time and they were very friendly and the guy who served me was really nice.I showed him all the documents which I showed earlier at the Cannington post office and He checked those carefully and said you are very organised and he was very impressed about that as well.So everything was clear and nothing wrong in my documents.I could lodge my Australian passport and was treated me very well.So I must say the best customer service ever.I am so thankful.
