Australia Post - Welshpool Business Centre

We've been using this hub for the last 3 years, we had nothing but problems, staff is completely incompetent, they lost several parcels, dodged a few insurance claims even though we paid for extra insurance, literally lying about how a job was handled. You have to guide them through the process every single time you want to send a parcel, like you are the actual employee and yet they still find a way to mess it up. One lady there is very nice but she can't carry the whole office on her shoulders. And people that give parcels out are also very nice and actually know how to do their job. If you are receiving a parcel, you should be fine, if you are sending a parcel it's much better to drive to another hub as these people are so incompetent they should be on welfare.

my parcel has been in transit for 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS! "delayed" but ive seen on the tracking that it has been sent to your company. GET. TO. WORK. and do your job properly. UPDATE: 7 weeks and waiting.... what kind of service is this?!

My parcel sit there a week for no reason and didn't even answer phone. What a joke!!! Just close the bloody business so other hub handle parcels. Once your item arrived at welshpool, give up receiving it because it won't happen. You do not deserved even 1 star. I would give minus!!!

My parcel being sent within the same state has been sitting in this facility for 21 DAYS NOW!!!!!! Since August 11th with no further tracking available just ‘DELAYED’ That is absolutely appalling! Worst service ever! Compensating is not appropriate! Get your s@#! together and do your damn job! Absolutely Atrocious service!!

I would love my parcel Welshpool. It’s just been sitting there for 5 days apparently in transit. now 7. love the welshpool services
