Inconvenience is what to describe this place. Only open 9-5 on weekdays makes it hard for 9-5 worker. Please consider opening slightly earlier or close at 6pm. 1 hour extended business hours makes a lot of difference and benefits the community more. Thank you.

Like everyone else has stated.. open this place on sat to be more useful. What did you think people at harrisdale do during the day... super inconvenient.

Friendly, helpful staff processed our son's passport application with no trouble. It was nice to have a positive experience. We visited on a weekday in the school holidays. We would have been as frustrated as other reviewers had we tried to attend on a Saturday when this PO is closed.
