Rude staff who couldn't care less about customer service. Managed to mess up details on registration of AustPost prepaid card and was stuffed around by the card issuer for two weeks. Finally sorted out by much more knowledgeable and friendly staff in another suburb.Won't be going back there again

The most rude service I've ever witnessed. I have had good service in the past but today I was verbally abused by the male at the counter. I had a small puppy who was not trained to be left alone (and obviously could not be left in the car!). I came in to pick up a package and was BERATED to leave with my dog. I was shocked and explained that I could not leave her, the serviceman continued to shout at me. I said I understood but could he please not tell, he said " if you understand why haven't you left yet". As far as possible I will never go there again.

Felt unwelcome before I even went in. Rude and poor customer service. Post office should have a community feel about it this one doesn't.

Rudest man ever that works in this shop, I can't believe they are still allowed to have the franchise with the terrible customer service you receive and the amount of complaints they have
