I went there for parcel collection. One staff lady “Jo” rudely attended me and said they have no parcel without even check the system😯. After requesting she put the tracking number in the comp and she got it. And she charged me $5 extra for collection.

Staff members are not really friendly or polite here. They act like they are being forced at gunpoint to work here.

Staff are very nice, but please update your hours... it's 5:15 and i had about 25 parcels to put through, only to find your doors closed. Not very happy about that..
