I had to hand in a working with children form here. The old lady that served me was aggressive and impatient with me. I tried to explain that it needed to go to a central location like all the others years before. She got extra aggressive and made me fill out the form again. Then as i left she started to antagonize me saying ' your lucky,that was the last form'. If you don't like working with the public,then don't!!

Very poor Service the old ladies should go,they are very aggressive and rude,they can also write their signature in the witness section if applying for passport,

They wanted additional documents for my passport renewal whilst i took a drive to Bentley post and it wasnt required. Done and dusted within 10 minutes.
