Fast and friendly service.

I accidentally bumped the EFTPOS machine and it dislodged my card, cancelling the transaction. Jody behind the counter spoke to me very rudely and said "we'll have to start all over again" in a very rude tone of voice. I didn't purposely do it and it isn't my fault if your EFTPOS machine is dodgy and cancels at the slightest bump, especially since the card goes right below the keypad making it even harder not to bump it! Jody needs to work on her customer service skills, ALOT.

How about opening for 1 hr on the weekend? Most post offices do. Get your act together - think about good customer service.

what a pleasant experience to do business with the ladies in this Auspost this afternoon - especially Derese and her Manager who attended to my wife and me. They were so professional and careful with sighting documents and helpful to get things done well, efficiently and with excellence of service. Sadly, we encountered a contrasting poor service at another nearby Auspost. Such friendly welcoming and professional service and attitude deserves highest compliments. Thank you both.

THE rudest post office worker I have ever come across, she was so nasty and b*****y I couldn’t believe it, I was nothing but nice and she made me feel so horrible when taking my passport photo I was upset all afternoon. Then the photo she chose to print without showing me I wasn’t even looking at the camera! I had to go back in and another nice lady took a better one. Never returning again. Didn’t get her name but she was of Indian decent, and young-ish. Horrid experience. Less than 1 Star.
