Staff was very rude!! I got the wrong prepaid envelope for postage, she didn't bother to explain, just went to get another satchel and want me to put their already giant prepaid envelope into another giant prepaid satchel, while the contain is actually 2 small novels. If you need assistance with post, I recommend using the St George one, they are so much kinder and informative.

The Indian lady who works here is extremely rude and always has an attitude. The rest of the staff that work here are very helpful and nice but one rotten tomato does spoil the whole batch so I'll be rather visiting the Perth CBD branch instead

visited this post office few days ago with my disabled client .i needed to send a parcel whilst the line was long the customer service representative Gupreet was incredibly pleasent and hepful.such a great represntative for australia post.very friendly and helpful person.
