This is for Australian post in general and not a reflection of any particular post office. Yesterday I received 3 parcels, all delivered to my door by carriers. I also received a notification that an iPad cover had been delivered. It had not and I reported that. Today the 26/11/20 at 11am an Australian post delivery man knocked on my door and told me that the parcel was delivered and I asked him to where, he said my mail box, to which I said there no way the iPad cover would fit inside the box, you must have left half of it sticking out. This is a busy road with a lot of footfall, to leave a large parcel sticking out of a post box is not a wise thing to do. He then told me it was my own fault for having a mail box that is too small. I asked him that if the parcel is too big for the box could he not have left it at my door ? He said no, he would give me a brochure and it would tell me everything. He continued to berate me, despite my having a customer appear and me trying to finish the conversation. He told me if I want to order items online to get a bigger post box. My box is only two years old and was reasonably sized. Honestly I don’t want a postman giving me grief because my parcel is too big for the box. What on earth am I supposed to do?

Good outcome for hubby. He found his drivers licence when he went to renew his licence. I think the Teller questions gave him a nudge in the right direction to search his wallet thoroughly 😂😂😂😂

The lady wouldn't take a photo for my licence. Poor service, I should be able to go in and get my photo taken.. Was my money not good here? I just walked out.. I should be able to pay for a service you provide. I will never come here again.

Clean and modern post office. Bit of a queue but line moved quickly with multiple staff serving. Staff member processed payment for postage quickly 👍

What a friendly place this is. Staff here seem to compete to see who can be most helpful.
