EMS from Thailand worth $900 and they lose it and then claim they are helping, what a joke

I’ve had a domestic package sitting in this facility since Tuesday and this package is coming from four suburbs away!! The absolute ridiculousness from these people are beyond a joke. They are the laziest workers I’ve ever had to deal with. Perth to Perth post is slower than a package coming from the eastern states!!!! The lazy scumbags need to deliver my freaking package before the ombudsman has serious words to them. If you can go with a courier service for your mail please do so and not with their offshoot courier service StarTrack otherwise your gambling your money and product whether it arrives or not!!

Of years ordering online the longest wait anywhere is at this damn centre. You could give these guys a Tardis and they'd still be a week late getting your mail out the door. Well done guys, you deserve a bloody medal. It's no small feat to be worse than Chullora and Sunshine for holding onto parcels like some weird bogan smeagal.

They supposedly seem to have misplaced a parcel that arrived from Sydney on the 7th September, 2015. The parcel is Registered Mail from ROYAL MAIL (RU535928219GB) in the United Kingdom. It was 'wrongly' sorted and sent (on the 11th August) to Johannesburg, South Africa first instead of South Australia. Then South Africa Post eventually on the 3rd September sent it to Sydney, Australia where it arrived on the 5th September. From Sydney it went to Perth-(don't understand why!) supposedly arriving there on the 7th September. I live in Salisbury East, South Australia and I would just like my parcel please someone!! Thanks

Bunch of useless pr*cks.... never deliver your actual parcels passes it onto the Auspost shops and then take no obligation to it.... Got arrested by AFP due to these bunch of thieves.. The fact they don't publish their number is proof they are only there to rip everyone off!!!!!
