Every visit is terrible, compounded by boomers who don't know how to use technology in an e-commerce era. Missing packages, misread address details, and today being told off for showing the AusPost app instead of a driver's licence

Very Rude staff,have put in complaints about how people are treated, Can’t even do there job properly. Especially the elder blond lady, I think she may have some personal issues she brings to work. Extremely unprofessional and bossy.
