Needed to purchase an air con by distance over the phone. Brendan at Betta Bega could not have been more helpful. He liaised between the manufacturer and the installer on my behalf. Always called me back promptly. I have bought several appliances from Betta Bega and find their service much better than other large retailers in the area. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Bega staff are fantastic. My iPad keyboard was playing up, it was approx 2 months out of warranty, it was replaced with a new one immediately. No fuss, friendly, helpful staff. Customer service is always great!!
