Shocking customer service. Diego was rude from the get go... barely greeted me, kept packing shelves of product, took a personal call, stood away from me scrolling through his phone, paid zero attention to me until I legit had to ask if I was waiting for another hairdresser to which he then suddenly decided he wanted to be all “yeah what’s wrong” when I replied that I was asking as he hadn’t engaged with me as yet, he decided to say “you good, I don’t like a negative attitude”!Are you joking dude, what did you expect with the absolute lack of service you showed me and then wanted to act as if I’m in the wrong... wow. Also, clarifying you were checking emails and not on your socials doesn’t make it any less worse, wake up! There were no other clients in sight and I made the appt just over an hour earlier, make of that what you will potential clients. Maybe he was having an off day?

So happy!! I was so nervous to have a colour done done because in the past it has ended badly for me but Diego definitely knows how to use colour! My colour is perfect! Great cut! Great conversation! All with a sustainable philosophy. Just beyond happy. This is officially my Sydney go to!

Wow, The Sustainable Salon is amazing, I highly recommend it. Diego is an absolutely amazing hairdresser. I have very fine hair that is easily damaged, Diego colours with such care that my hair is glossy even after being lightened. You will not be disappointed!

The cut and styling I got from Diego was brilliant. He was also fun to chat with and ai enjoyed the whole experience. I will be coming here again!
