Terrible place, they think their doing you a favour.

Staff don't seem to like serving people. Makes for an unpleasant experience. Management really need to take a look at who they hire. Would leave 0 stars if i could.

Would give 0 stars if possible.... You have had it all your own way for too long Pinjarra post office. Besides a couple of the staff members the overall level of service is appalling. One lady in particular needs to be moved on, she has been there forever. If she smiled I think her face would actually crack. If you don't like dealing with people maybe you should find a job elsewhere. I understand why you have set operating hours for your DOT department, but I do not understand why when the shop is empty and you have 3 capable people standing behind the counter doing nothing why you can't do a simple number plate swap... Most people like myself can only come in during lunch break, so having the DOT closed during that time is ridiculous... How about you provide some good old customer service for a change.

Not open on weekends and open hours are not adjusted to compensate for this, absolutely useless post office for people that work fulltime
