Pore service , minimum staff on at busy times big lines out the door with counters sitting empty. Mandurah post office

Wanting to volunteer and needed to apply for a WWC card. Took in a birth certificate copy previously certified in that AP shop for ID - nope - "We must have the original." Went home and came back with the original certificate a few hours later - nope - " We need your marriage certificate too." Lady serving me the second time apologised, so she gets the 1 star.

Most time are good service. but unfortunately when can't finish the process as promised for customer service and refuse to accept their previous wrong promise .

Didn't help with TFN just told to do it online. Have to go back out to the country with no ATO post offices. Wasting my time and money.
