That is the stupid time for picking up for everyone working. :(
Excellent staff and service however my complaint is about the subcontractor who DOESN'T deliver parcels but just puts a slip in the letter box. I have been waiting at home for 2 days only to be informed by slip the parcel is waiting at Falcon LPO. She didn't even knock on the door.
Bad review as a result of the falcon sub contractor, text was sent and i responded with i would be home, i have just wasted half a day off work, so that instead of her knocking on my door to deliver a parcel that i need to sign for, she instead just puts a card into the letterbox... just happened to be walking past a window and saw her do it, now i have to take more time of work to go and pick up this parcel from Falcon LPO after 4pm today... this person is paid to DELIVER THE MAIL... and im now out of pockets with my wages as i have to do her bloody job!! Not effing happy!!
Friendly staff, car park is chaos in mornings generally. Can be disorganised with parcels but get there in the end.
