Worst customer service ever experienced in my life. The guy is getting paid to stare at vacuum cleaners on his phone and doesn't even acknowledge your presence in the PO. BTW I have been living in the area for a couple of years now and he is always the same.

Never actually delivers parcels. Why pay $ for delivery if they can’t knock on your door and sends you texts to stay at home for delivery.
