Had a great experience getting a new keyboard on my sons Dell laptop. They explained what needed to be done, the process and timing and then got the job done much quicker than expected. Turnaround could have been 7 days but was 3. Thanks - happy customer.

Charged me to look at my computer and diagnose it, then when I took the PC to another repair shop it was a completely different problem that was wrong and fixed it for free.nnEdit: that’s why I was surprised when they said free quote but wouldn’t let me take my computer unless I paid $50. They’re liars avoid at all costs.

Did a great job fixing my wife's broken laptop hinge. The solution was clearly articulated before we submitted the device to them, so expectations were clear as to what the end result would look like. Gave a good estimate on duration of repair and stayed true to the initial estimate.

Bought a laptop from him. it didn't work the same day. Business owner didn't respect his own warranty. Made excuses and no accountability.nUpdate and response to Business Owner's reply 9th Feb 2021: Business Owner claims this is a malicious attack but it was dealt with via small claims. Owner was forced to give full refund plus costs. The cases against him is on public record.nOwner has embellished and lied feedback to business is due to malicious attack. Reconditioned items were and are sold. I am posting this review to warn others by sharing my experience. Owner has not taken any accountability and lies. Still no apology.nPlease be aware.

They were efficient about fixing my desk top when the Hard drive went down- with a helpful booking service online that actually worked. They were not able to extract the data from the old drive but advised there were companies that could.nMy only suggestion would be that they should lead customers through the options. Not knowing much about computers, I agreed to replace like -for-like with the hard drive, but had I thought about it I might have considered SSD drive or similar.
