We recently had the very unexpected death of a very close friend of ours. Thank you to the team at simplicity. From the initial contact with Tania we were made to feel supported and that everything would be taken care of from the beginning to the end, and it was. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we decided to hold an outdoors funeral! Best decision ever, the process was easy, Tania and Melissa did a wonderful job on the day, respecting our wishes and treating my friend with the upmost care.
