Melody, you are nothing short of amazing. In our recent (first time) trip to Cairns, Melody went out of her way to arrange tickets for a Green Island and Outer Reef cruise. This trip was the absolute highlight of our whole holiday. We can't thank you enough Melody for going above and beyond and taking care of every detail. Look forward to getting back there! I have been to Kuranda and Outer barrier Reef with Cairns Visitor Centre and it was truely amazing..Kuranda tour was awesome...I highly recommend this .Special thanks to Melody, who guided me through both the tour...Even helped me out to buy Swimwear in Cairns ..She is lovely and kind Lady... Because of her it would happen so smoothly...And the Outer barrier Reef tour was out of the world..crew was helpful and food was delicious..I highly recommend Cairns Visitor Centre to everyone who want to have good the in Cairns ..Much appreciated Melody...

Melody is an amazing person!! She guided me with the right trips & destinations to cover on our tight 5-day trip to Cairns last week. Melody went out of her way to arrange tickets for Green Island and Outer Reef cruise, The Daintree Rainforest & Kuranda. Can't thank her enough for taking care of every detail, even pick-up points & things to carry.nnWith crazy car rentals & a sheer shortage of cars, it was great to have Melody as a guide to roam around Far North Queensland with the correct local area knowledge.

Amazing customer service!nI huge shout out to Melody! I had an amazing experience with my first visit to Cairns. I booked a 2 Day Tour - Daintree/Great Barrier Reef, Melody organised it all and sent me detailed information about both tours and was extremely helpful.nI attended the Daintree tour and it was amazing! I was due to go on the Great Barrier Reef on my last day in Cairns but I was very unwell so I called Cairns Visitor Centre to cancel. I was not expecting anything as it was such late notice but Melody has gone above and beyond to make sure that I do not miss out. She has organised for my booking to stay open and is valid to be used until March 2022!nI can't thank Melody enough for her exceptional customer service.nThank you for making my first time in Cairns an amazing experience.

I can't even begin to describe what a GREAT experience this was!! Mel helped book me on the best tour to Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation, Daintree Rainforest and Mossman Gorge. I saw so many beautiful things and learned about the local culture and history. Just magnificent!!
