I have been waiting since October for Visa to be sent for my mother in law from samoa and am still waiting. These people have no regard and seem to ignore whenever I follow up on this. People are better of going to a different agency as they don't have any genuine concern for any customers. We've already paid and are shocked at how they are only willing to take money off of customers without actually doing anything to help and utter nonsense about how easy this procedure is when there is no sense of urgency in the way the operate.

Unfortunately if you shop in the Woodridge/Logan you can expect poor people service rude civilians dirty car park and dirty walkways with the biggest health risks like syringes and drung parafanailia and to top it all off you might just get lucky and get stabbed through the stomach like i did, it's the hole truth nothing but the thrth so help me god ud83dude31☠ufe0fud83dudc4b
