Parcels regularly go missing from this post office. We have never had an issue with parcels going missing until we started using this post office. Most recently they lost a parcel containing over $300 worth of goods being returned for a refund to the seller. We have just realised it is this post office that is the problem, and suspect one of their sorters is 'sorting' through items for themselves. Once parcels are scanned in at the desk they vanish and are never scanned in again, Australia Post says they will investigate but never do. Have just sent Australia Post a court notice for full compensation because they have done absolutely nothing except offer a pathetic $50 compensation, despite admitting that they have lost the parcel.

Disgusting... the postman didn’t even deliver it to the right address which I paid express and for them to turn around and say they did is disgusting!! If your going to work as something get the job done properly this is a common occurrence with this postman if I’m not getting my parcels I’m getting someone else’s ! At least I had common courtesy to send something that isn’t mine back typical adelaide people keep something that isn’t there! Feral!!

Asked to see manager, the girl with the green hair said she would be back in 6 minutes. Waited for a while to see the manager. The green haired girl then went on break, and the guy came to say to me that the manager was out and now should be back in one hour. I am disabled and this is unacceptable. No appropriate seating. Unhappy AusPost user.
