I would like to Thank Belinda and her team. We have just paid a deposit for a 7 day cruise in October and we have nothing but great service and excellent follow ups from Belinda, it gives us total confidence in being given good information a good, clean boat to sail in and no doubt excellent instruction prior to our sailing trip. We looked a 3 other companies that offer sailing boat hire on the Whitsundays and these guys were the most expensive, but there customer focus got them across the line with us. Now we are looking forward to sailing a brilliant looking boat in October.

My family and I hired ‘Karma Kat’ the 1250 Montebello and absolutely loved the boat, with the galley up top and the outdoor table and dining area was awesome outback where we spent all of our time. We were in the islands at the end of October 2020 for 7 days & nights, the weather was great light Northerlies most of the time with a couple of days with 20knts plus but the boat was great at rest through the night with a solid 15 knots blowing on us at mooring one night.nI don’t fault any of the staff we dealt with, they were all extremely helpful leading up to the trip. The briefing prior to departure was very helpful to familiarize us with the boat and also during the trip they were so friendly when checking in and with any challenges we had they were very patient and their instructions were simple in order to aid us.nOn return Kieran the guy debriefing us was very helpful and made it all quite simple.nLeaving from Airlie Beach...... although further from the southern islands, in my opinion was more convenient to have access to the main part of town.nThank you CYA for making this a great trip!

We chartered a yacht from Charter Yachts Australia for 10 nights. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail throughout the whole process was fantastic. We received great support and advice on a daily basis. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for us.nWould love to do this again and would definitely use CYA. They are the best in the Whitsundays.
