I had the same bad experience with other reviewers. The tour bus broke down in the middle of nowhere on the kangaroo island. 25 people from that trip were under around 40 degree trying to stop the passing cars to pick us up to the nearest cafe. There was no shades, no water and no service. Nobody knew what would happen to us. I am not saying the driver didn't try his best to get us back to mainland. But, I did not really understand that the company did even have a back up coach for any emergency like the one we had. The worst part is after we suffered in heat and missed about two thirds of our trip. The company only offered us an 85 dollars coupon for their tours and not even a full refund. Please consider this kind of customer service when you want to travel with them.

Worst experience ever! We booked a Kangaroo Island trip during Christmas (27 of Dec) and our coach broke on the middle of the road. While we understand this is an unforeseeable accident, the agent did not provide any assistance for 2 hours! 25 people were left in a place over 35 degrees with no mobile signal. We missed 2 out of 3 of our main sightseeing and get to the assemble point all by ourselves. The only thing the agent did was contacting another agent and send a bus later to the assemble point to pick up everyone back to Adelaide. What really amazed us is that, in the report from the agent, they claimed that their team managed to save everyone and totally get rid of their responsibility. Please do not choose them unless you want to be Robinson Crusoe

New Year's first review. I booked a day trip to Kangaroo Island on December 27 at the travel agency during Christmas. I was really envious. The temperature was about 40 degrees on the day. A very bad day trip, 3 attractions and 2 were not considered because the bus broke down in the middle! !! !! Since there was no signal, the group members were together in the wild countryside to see if they could contact the travel company. Fortunately, I met two kind people who took the tour guide to find the signal and contacted the travel agency. I thought that after 2 hours of contact, someone would come to "save us". I did not expect that the guide would wait for a weak signal on the 1 block. When I contacted the hostel, he gave us a bunch of excuses to say that there were no spare cars to pick us up because it was the peak tourist season. . . . . . What a ghost! Twenty-six people, adults and children, stopped at the roadside at a high temperature of 40 degrees to see if any kind people could take us to a nearby restaurant to rest. . . . After the incident, the hostel did not sincerely apologize, what a mess! !! !! Please choose another company, so as not to waste your time!

One disappointing and speechless one day trip with this 'amaze tour', really disappointed tour. The minibuses sit like cymbals, because their engines are faulty, even in forty degrees, even if the car is air-conditioned Still the lower body sauna, the upper body was at a loss. Our trip was to kangaroo island. We changed to another bus on the island. As a result, we broke down in a remote area without a signal. In the high temperature of nearly 40 degrees, we waited for two and a half hours by the roadside. Finally, we tourists themselves They stopped one by one to go to another designated place, and their operator did not help us find a car for us, because "it is impossible without a car, think of a way." Only one of the three attractions was looked at, and they gave us an official reply. It's all their credit. A travel agency without any apologies. It's disappointing. I hope you choose other Chinese travel agencies. Don't be fooled and waste your time.
