Russell Island is lucky to have so many projects on the move, the observatory will be so useful for education and tourism, as well as the walks map about to be released! Hope they secure enough helpers to get the botanical garden established ASAP.
This walking trail is one of the best on Russell Island. A fifth star would be for sigage posted near ferry to notify tourists of this great attraction. The full walk is 45 mins and you tour a great section of pristine Russell island.
Fantastic Bushwalk from this office thru the Whistling Kite Wetlands. Water views and amazing native flora and fauna.
