Even though they and are told. They charge a child adult prices. Also if you phone up, you will be told different ages of what a child is. Also there is no notice on the website what child age is. When challenged at cinema front counter the staff gets rude. Severe lack of training is obvious. This stems from Hoyt's top management. Cannot blame staff what top management fail in their job to teach.

I love coming here but I was really disappointed a couple weeks ago when I went too a lateish movie with my partner and we have the rewards card and we usually finish the popcorn and get a refill! I asked if they would still be open because I knew it was late but they said too come back whenever for refills,nIt was about half an hour later I went too get my refill and they said they weren’t making anymore popcorn which was really disappointing!!!nAfter the movie finished my partner and I (he’s on crutches so he takes a while too get around) we saw a worker with A WHOLE FRESH LARGE POPCORN just sitting on the steps outside!! ud83dude21nMade me super angry

Hoyts Redcliffe is a great movie theatre. Comfortable seats with recliner action. I do think popcorn and a soda price is excessive
