Just wanted to say that Rebecca from FC North Lakes was amazing. We had to cancel our honeymoon due to covid and thankfully Rebecca looked after us through the whole process. It took a while for us to get our money back but, we were contacted regularly and assured that Flight Centre was doing everything they could to get our money back.nnAs soon as we are able to go overseas again, we will be booking through Rebecca at FC North Lakes! Jessika Streat is the bees knees. Go there and ask for an appointment specifically with her. She completely sorted out my 6 month Europe trip (that I’m still on) and I can easily email her to book more day tours while I’m over here, she’s quick to respond and recommends great trips for me. I feel like she genuinely enjoys booking my travel and gets excited with me! She is just an all round top gal!

Got back from our holiday in France and Italy 2 weeks ago and had an amazing time! We booked everything through Jessika and she was so helpful from start to finish! Even when we had problems with our airport transfer not showing up, she emailed right away to see what she could do to help, and got a refund organised very quickly. She always responded to emails quickly, and answered all my silly questions. Would recommend booking through flight centre. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
