After 6 years of living local and coming here regularly, we had the absolute pleasure of spotting a koala on the Carole Green Walkway! Unreal considering how built up the suburbia around here is, shows how important remnant bush are for our wildlife icons. Please keep your dogs off the bush track and help protect them ud83dudc28ud83eudd70
Great field, well maintained and ready for all kinds of sports or fun activities. I've had a picnic here before. Right next to maccas, too. The playground is great, and there's a walkabout down to the riverbank that is breathtaking. Lots of mosquitoes in the warmer months, and it's a 2km hike, but it's so worth it, the serenity is so real.nnTons of Pokéstops and several gyms here, two of which are within range of the carpark if you'd rather not walk too far. People don't usually take the gyms by the water because of the walk.
Had a nice time walking the trail, People stop and say Hello to others which is great
Great venue for young children playing soccer. Water bubblers and toilets for everyone and a ten minute walk to Macca's on Saturdays.
Looks like a lovely place. Went to do the nature walk but as usual moreton bay council have disallowed dogs. I would have liked to go for a walk through nature with my dog. Which should be allowed if the dog is on their lead and you pick up after them. I live in the moreton region and pay my rates but don't think about going for a nature walk with your dog because moreton regional council will not allow it. They are the worst for it. If I want to go for a bush walk I have to opt to drive 20 to 30 mins to another shire that allows this which is normally Brisbane city council. Maybe I need to move there and give them my money. Looked like a lovely walk and I would have really liked to do. But moreton council strikes again. They are the only council that doesn't allow dogs in a reserve.ud83dude21ud83dude21
