Unfortunately due to our current situation with the coronavirus pandemic,it has been a substantial amount of time since I last visited this shop,I will say however that the times I had booked for a massage,my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff there are so friendly and accommodating and are enveloped by sublime and superlative skills as massage therapists who are not averse in going out of their way to show an infinite amount of commitment and due diligence to ensure that their respective customers receive the most amazing and satisfying massage ever,they truly have a profound level of insight in understanding the bodies anatomy targeting all the problem areas,and in essence helping to release any tightness or sore spots that the customer may be experiencing,therefore rewarding the customer with the most palpable and immensely satisfying experience,without exaggeration it truly is the high end level of proficiency and the absolute pinnacle of infinite and superlative skills of a professional and dignified massage. Added to this,the ambience and aesthetics of the shop are laced with formidable oppulence and is truly breathtaking which enhances the already truly amazing experience. Sabai Massage is one of the best massage centers in Melbourne. Everything was just really perfect and amazing. Management is definitely accomodating and friendly. Shout out to the owner, Leslie and Mai, you guys are truly fantastic with how you handle your customers! Highly recommended, for sure I will be back. Thank you and all the best! Not happy, I was booked for half hour massage and half hour cupping.My appointment was at 5:00pm I started at 5:10pm massage finished at 5:35 then by the time the lady came for cupping it was 5:40 so 15 min cupping but she said cups have to stay on for 10min walked out and felt as that was way too long 5 min late took cups out myself and left. Massage was not focused on shoulders and neck much waste of time and money was not value for money and I paid $100 what a waste.

Thoughtful and caring staff. Great massage. I also had wet cupping at the last minute and they graciously accommodated me :)
