This has been the worst massage experience ever. If I could give zero star for this, I totally would. Walked into the place and asked for a massage, they told me they are available and led me into one of their rooms. 5 minutes after the session started, the lady told me she needs to leave because there was a customer that booked her on that time. So she assigned me to another masseuse. After waiting for 5 minutes, the new lady just immediately removed the towel and started rubbing the oil sloppily. Several minutes after, she left without a word leaving me uncovered. That's when I decided to get out of this unrelaxing place. Asked for a refund to which they gave me 90%.
customer service at its worst! Will never come back.
Ps: don' accept walk ins if you have a booking on the exact same time.
Reasonable relaxing massage. Felt like one of "those" places though
Great Value. Have a very good massage and get a free haircut. Hard to do better.
