Unbelievable experience using Impulse Audio Visual. Ken came to fix our fridge and he was so lovely! He worked out the issue so quickly and had it fixed on the spot!! I was so impressed with his knowledge and how fast he worked out the issue.nWe had someone else come and try to fix the same fridge and issue (from a completely different company) and he took us for a ride, making us wait 3 weeks for a part that wasn’t even correct. We said we would find someone else. Luckily we called Impulse Audio Visual and explained our issue and they sent someone out straight away. Was fixed in a few hours. I was blown away at how kind and knowledgeable Ken was.nI honestly believe companies/people like this should be rewarded and the only way I can do this is by telling people how great they are. Don’t think twice, call these guys they are AMAZING!! So so so so happy.
